Mr. Dodson is one of Oklahoma’s top developers. His experience includes multifamily, office, retail and senior, and student housing with a combined value exceeding $650 million and over 5,200 multifamily units. Mr. Dodson is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council and Urban Land Institute, and advisory board member for Aparement Life, Hope Ministries INTL, and Ambassador Ministries.

Brooke Bale

Mrs. Bale was formerly Planning & Development Coordinator for Cornerstone Development, working alongside one of Oklahoma’s top property developers, Gary Brooks. Her experience includes over $475 million and 1,200 units of multifamily and commercial projects, including the $300 million renovation of the historic First National Bank in Oklahoma City. Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a master’s degree in Regional and City Planning from University of Oklahoma’s College of Architecture.
